My Pottery Journey
A few years ago after 10 or so years as a woodworker making Native American style flutes, I signed up for a pottery course at the local city art center. I was instantly hooked. With wood you remove material to visualize the shape inside. Here was a material that was essentially the opposite. I was enthralled by the shape shifting and transformative potential of clay and it unlimited potential. I now share my passions between flute making and pottery and strive to continually grow artistically in both areas.
